How to choose, if you buy nothing here
Three questions, in this order, and you will get it right regardless of brand:
- What does the frame weigh? On a kitchen scale, with the glazing and backing in. Then pick a rating above it, with a set to spare.
- Is the wall smooth, sound and fully cured? Textured, papered or recently painted walls defeat every strip on the market, whatever the rating. Use a ledge or a hook instead.

Do picture hanging strips damage paint?

Can you reuse picture hanging strips?
